Tablas Creek in Paso Robles, CA was founded by the Perrin Family of Château de Beaucastel (Châteauneuf du Pape) and the Haas Family (Vineyard Brands Importers). Having searched for the perfect site since 1985, in 1989 they chose a former alfala farm on top of an anient seabed with similarities to Beaucastel. Here they began arguably one of the most important vineyards in California. Tablas Creek is known for Rhône varietals and have been at the forefront of organic, biodynamic and now regenerative farming (you know we love that!). This beautiful white blend from Tablas called Patelin (which is French slang for neighborhood) is a staff fave here in The Vine Hood!
